feat: add podman support

• fixes Add support for Podman #236

• 2 things were needed to add podman support:

  • Handle 127 error code in test-containers-go: fix: handle 127 error code for podman compatibility testcontainers/testcontainers-go#2778 (Please read the description for details)
  • Podman doesn't support ryuk which is the daemon reaper for test-containers.
    • I've raised an issue for it: [Bug]: Some tests are not working on Podman due to Ryuk testcontainers/testcontainers-go#2781
    • Currently, I've set an environment variable TESTCONTAINERS_RYUK_DISABLED to true in the tektite tests.
    • Alternatively, we can mention in the docs that folks need to export TESTCONTAINERS_RYUK_DISABLED=true for running tests on podman.

• Minor fix: Terminate() is preferred over Stop() as it also deletes the test-containers after the tests conclude.
