Contributor License Agreement

All contributors to Tektite will need to sign the Contributor License Agreement (CLA).

The CLA we use is essentially identical to the Apache Software Foundation CLA (the CLA you would have to sign if you contributed to an Apache project).

You will be prompted to sign it by CLA bot when you submit a pull request.
