BigfootDS
BigfootDS is an Australian "company" of one developer: Alex!
Alex is an IT teacher by day, and a software developer by night. He's worked on videogames, websites and APIs, and is keen to set examples for his students by creating professional works himself.
Current projects include:
- The Bestest Beehive, an apiary & garden management game (think Minecraft or Terraria but focused specifically on flora and cute bees!)
- Sourcepool, a self-hosted TTRPG content manager (think Jellyfin/Plex but for D&D!)
Projects such as Sourcepool incur costs like code-signing certificate fees, which are not fun to deal with. Being able to verify the app with security certificates will help it reach more people, setting a bigger and better example to students and aspiring developers.
