My goal is to help science and engineering through code. In my daily practice as a software engineer, I find that sharpening scientific tools help researchers do their job more effectively. More specifically, I refine DNA sequencing data processing to assist cancer patients in Victoria, Australia.
In my hobby time, I try to create, reverse engineer, repair and upcycle electronics by improving its software guts and sharing the results with the world.
