Engineer for embedded hardware and software with skills in software-architecture, hardware-prototyping, and industrial communication protocols.

I am currently developing a test-bed for distributed battery-free systems. It will offer a public multi-user interface that allows to schedule, process and analyze the performance of wireless nodes in specific repeatable energy-environments.

My special interests are:

• wired and wireless communication protocols
• low level optimization of algorithms,
• high-speed pcb-design and
• EMI-compatibility

• development of embedded measurement systems for research purposes
  • pcb-design with high-speed buses, RF, multi-layer up to 8 layers
  • battery- and power-management
  • design of enclosure and assembly
• high throughput realtime data-processing based on an IQ-Sample-Stream from an SDR for packet detection, classification and collision-detection
• automating wafer-probing with >100k measurement points per wafer
  • integrating NI Hardware like SMUs and the wafer prober itself

  • calibrating positions with an integrated microscope-camera and openCV
