Description

currently i cant install v4 on fedora without downgrading python, so this lets it install on python 3.11 without downgrading python.

lets the script install on python 3.11

How Has This Been Tested?

i downloaded some songs and playlist and tested the web ui, i got no errors and it ran as intended.
