They are automatically created when the plugin is installed. Since we want to get rid of deprecated rules within the profiles, it would be nice if the built-in profiles have 0 deprecated rules. |

Exclude deprecated rules from pre-defined profiles. The rules are still available, but should not be part of the built-in profiles.
