All css servers should already be using the botox config syntax, thus there is no need to suport csgo config formatting.

The current iteration of BossHP has a convar option to load bosshp configs in either BotoX config format or the AntiTeal config format. Due to CS:GO becoming legacy, dropping support for this alternate format is much preferred to keep clean code.
