Ximmer 1.0

This tag is capturing the release state of the old version of Ximmer prior to merge of 2.0.

The original version of Ximmer was purely a CNV simulation tool. The 2.0 version introduces
a full analysis pipeline as well as very significant new features including a whole framework
for analysing and reviewing the simulation results.
