Describe the bug
The runbook is not able to detect if it is being run from the Automation account. This is cause failures in the clients tenant.

Note: it has been fixed in MSFT Azure CaC PR #455.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the specific resource group
  2. Click on 'main'
  3. Go to 'Errors' tab

Expected behavior
The runbook should be able to detect the host environment
