This pull request enhances the existing control for GA MFA check with logic change

This PR fixes/adds/changes/removes

This PR includes

1. updated logic to look for a minimum of 2 Global Administrators and fail the control if there is 6 or more.
2. Update logic to identify GA accounts automatically
