Added parameter to specify SPI bus #54

Allows for an optional parameter to be passed to begin() to specify non-default SPI, similar to what is mentioned in #53.

Example usage:

Ethernet.begin(mac, &customSpi);

Tested to work with NTP, DHCP examples and my own application.
