Rollback helm-operator to v1.33.0

Description

It looks like v1.34.0 is broken. The reconciliation stopped working after merging #1687

Related issues:

• My helm operator hang after I upgraded helm-operator from v1.33.0 to v1.34.0 operator-framework/operator-sdk#6690
• Helm operator does not create pods for new CR instance after I switch helm-operator from v1.33.0 to v1.34.0 operator-framework/operator-sdk#6692
