[4.x] Assets can only be selected when clicking the thumbnail

Bug description

When selecting assets clicking on the label or white space doesn't select them, it only works if you click the thumbnail or icon:

How to reproduce

Try to select an asset by clicking on it's label.

That was on purpose so you can click the ... more icon...

Not sure I understand, the ... in the asset box?

In v3 you can click (almost) anywhere and still click the ... to open the menu.

But we changed a bunch of stuff and it didn't work anymore. I'll take another look.
