This pull request drops the
laravel/helpersdependency, which provided global functions for array & string helper which were removed from the Laravel framework a few years ago.All of the helper functions in the
helperspackage forward calls to Laravel'sArr/Strso this PR is pretty much a big find & replace. 😄Closes #9721.
