This issue was originally reported in #10288.

Description

Steps to reproduce might be easier to read than this description 🙂
Having an account on 2 paired devices, with an owned community, sometimes @mentions are not received on 2nd device coming from offline.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Alice [mobile], Charlie: create new profile
  2. Alice [mobile]: create a new community "Doodles" with require to join option
  3. Charlie: send Doodles join request
  4. Alice [mobile]: accept Charlie's join request
  5. Alice [mobile]: pair new desktop device
  6. Alice [desktop]: close the app
  7. Charlie: mention Alice in Doodles
  8. Alice [desktop]: start the app, log in, and check:
    ❌ Missing Charlie's mention of Alice in Doodles
