Feature Issue

Display the empty state in the Activity Center, i.e. let the user know when there are no notifications.

Notes

  • This issue is not yet ready to be played because the Design team is still evaluating how the empty state should look like and behave.
  • The current implementation in activity-center.views/empty-tab is temporary and it should be updated accordingly.

I'm closing this issue, but we should reopen it once the design team defines how the empty state should look like.
