Feature Issue

User Story

As a user, I want to send a token for the first time so that I see the Select Address page with empty recent transactions.

Description

Follow Figma designs: https://www.figma.com/file/HKncH4wnDwZDAhc4AryK8Y/Wallet-for-Mobile?type=design&node-id=689-193000&mode=design&t=GWOT2k7VAlJ0FdLR-4

Visual reference:

User should be able to input an Ethreum address by writing, pasting or scanning.
Options should be Recent / Saved / Contacts / My account.

Acceptance Criteria

Only empty state of Recent Transactions should be implemented, each filter should be implemented in other issue
