Feature Issue

Depends on #17809

Description

As soon as the user enters a valid address to watch, we should check whether the entered address has any activity in it or not and show the result to the user. The outcome of the result should NOT block the user from adding this address.

status-go endpoint: wallet_getAddressDetails
