Error on login with touch ID enabled

Bug Report

Problem

The Rendered more hooks than during the previous render error occurs on re-login on devices with enabled touch ID.
The issue is not reproducible on Android 10 touch ID and iPhone 12 mini with Face ID.

The issue is reproducible on:

• Pixel 7a, Android 14 - touch ID
• Samsung A34, Android 14 - touch ID
• iPhone SE, iOS 17.3.1 - touch ID

The issue is NOT reproducible on:

• Huawei P40 Lite, EMUI 12 (Android 10) - touch ID
• iPhone 12 mini, iOS 17.3.1 - Face ID

Reproduction

1. Enable biometric on onboarding
2. Create a profile
3. Kill the app
4. Log in
