Hi, just a question. If I look at my Visual Studio installation, the windows header is written : Windows.h. So isn't it a bug in MinGW that these headers are written different ? Or is Microsoft changing the notation from time to time (which wouldn't surprise me) ?

MinGW has used the convention of lowercase filenames since I have ever used it.
I assume it is for compatibility for most of the existing code.
You will find many examples of code (most?) written in lowercase on MSDN itself.
