When trading on centralized Exchanges we can only trade on kraken and binance. Kelp should enable automatically trading on all ccxt-enabled exchanges.

If an exchange integration is untested, the kelp exchanges command can list it out as untested (for example) so users know what is tested and officially supported vs. not.
