Hyphenated project names are outputted with underscores instead.

@fsodano Before I merge, are you okay with these contributions being licensed as Apache 2.0, per the license here: https://github.com/stellar/soroban-docs/blob/main/LICENSE?

When you opened the PR the license was not present in the repo, so I want to make sure you confirm that is okay before merging. Thanks!
