• Rewrite the service management to leverage Docker Compose by @lucatume in #154

This release changes several things under the hood while being fully back-compatible with existing testing code and infrastructure.
Some slic artifacts from previous versions might create issues that can be resolved with a local reset: slic stop && slic reset wp && slic up.
