Legacy update for Parkour 7.x

The legacy version is for servers running Spigot/Minecraft 1.8.8 to 1.12.2.

This update adds support for Parkour version 7.x, and requires a minimum of Java 11.

Version 3.0

This update is for Minecraft 1.13.2 - 16.5 and requires Parkour 6.0+.

It will not work with Parkour 5.3 due to the package and method name changes made in the Parkour plugin.
