Basic Apple watch app to record water.
The user selects the amount, from 100 to 1000ml using the digital crown, then taps the " + Water " button to save the entry.
By setting the 'Add water' value to 0 you can read the total water from HealthKit.
A record of today's water is shown on watch app to guide the user in reaching their water targets
