Tsung-Yi (a.k.a. SteveYi) is a student who focuses on edge networks and routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, etc. Currently working at LINE Corporation as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Intern.
He is a former APNIC Fellows who got fully sponsored to attend the APNIC 54 conference hosted in Singapore. Also, he maintains a Border Network and connects with other NSPs by AS7480, and runs a personal Home Lab over the Internet tunnel and OSPF which can redistribute his internal routes. He even got the APAN/ISOC network‐engineering fellowship offer in 2021 and used the opportunity for his personal network research plan.
On the application layer, He is good at using Golang or Python to design some tools (side project) and use IaC to automate deployment.
He operates a Docker Cluster (someone calls it Docker Swarm) for his personal side project use. Import GitOps, Combined with CI/CD and Git, once the new feature push to GitHub, it will auto-do the Unit Test and Integration Test. Then build it as a docker image and deploy it to the cluster, and improve the overall process.
