Industry

Miners mine ore. Ore fills the miner's capacity until they can't carry anymore

Ore Types :

Foundry :

  • metal ore -> printer metal spools
  • metal ore -> Metal Panels

3d printer (metals): printer metal spools -> metal objects 3d printer (plastics): Printer Polymer Spools -> plastic objects

Silicon Foundry : Silicon ore -> Silicon Wafers

Chip Fab : Silicon wafers + printer metal -> chips

Personnel Needs

  • Food - Protein Paste, Fungi, Fruits and Vegetables, Meat, Space Bacon
  • Oxygen - Fresh or reprocessed
  • Water - Fresh or reprocessed

Region Creation

  • Frequency of Asteroid - Low, Med, High
  • Size of Asteroid - Low, Med, High
  • Total Metal/Crystal/Carbon (one for each) - Low, Med, High

Trading

  • Receive Traders
  • Send Traders
  • If attacking alien traders, increase odds of reprisal (including on local traders sent)

Species

  • Humans
  • Androids - Doesn't require oxygen or food. Takes power instead. Not the best interpersonal skills. Cannot harm another sentient, so won't be a good soldier. Occasionally go out of control and harms all sentients.

Traits

  • High gravity worlders - not slowed by heave weights.
  • Spaceborn - really fast in low g, low strength
