A quick note about WPF / UWP

While PancakeView has support for UWP to a certain extent and a rudimentary implementation for WPF is available, these platforms are both not officially supported by me from v2.0 upwards. Any support on these will need to come from the community, as they are not platforms I want to focus on. I'll gladly accept PRs introducing some of the features of PancakeView on these platforms to the project.
