Device structure for STM32F746
Addded sram loader with DSM synchroisation barrier to ensure 32 bith writes to flash
GDB memory map for STM32F7
Tested with GDB in debug session, load from GDB to flash works.
Some debug messages concerning FP_CONTROL but breakpoints work in GDB
