AutoRenewMessageReceiver

Wrapper class over MessageReceiver that automatically handles message lock renewal for you

    ConnectionStringBuilder builder = new ConnectionStringBuilder(namespaceConnectionString, endpoint);
    IMessageReceiver receiver = new AutoRenewMessageReceiver(builder);
    IMessage message = receiver.receiveAsync();

    // do work and don't worry about the lock timer, we got this!
