Docs: Fix npm command in React-Peer-Dependency migration section

What I did

Replaces --dev with --save-dev. As --dev is not existing for npm, copy & paste leads to installing react and react-dom as main dependency instead of dev-dependency. This could be quite misleading for people that don't double check :)
