Docs: Fix various docs issues

What I did

• Remove mentions of portable stories for jest
• Restructure portables stories for playwright ct docs to clarify *.stories.portable files
• Update all subpath imports in stories file examples to relative imports
• Typos
• Remove mentions of badges addon in tags docs
