Replace requestBlockedFriendList to BLMEMBER packet

[storycraft]

requestFriendList is fixed. requestBlockedFriendList replacement will move to another issue.

Describe the bug
client.service.requestFriendList() succeeds but response is { status: -500 } and
client.service.requestBlockedFriendList() fails with Request failed with status code 403

To Reproduce

client.login(email, pw, true)
  .then(() => {
    client.service.requestFriendList()
    .then((res) => { console.log(res) })
    .catch(err => { console.error(err); });

    client.service.requestBlockedFriendList()
      .then((res) => { console.log(res) })
      .catch(err => { console.error(err); });
  });

Expected behavior
Expected to get list.json and blocked.json response.
