Summary

Fix updated intent not being used with a complete action in DefaultConfirmationHandler.

Motivation

We should always return the updated intent when a complete action occurs.

Note: When an updated intent is received as a launcher result, it is already properly returned. This issue would occur if the confirmation flow decided to skip launching and directly complete when looking for an action. Our only flow that currently returns a Complete action is IntentConfirmationDefinition which doesn't update the intent on the action so no production issues currently from this bug. Fixing it now to future proof against this issue.
