3.0.0 Release Candidate

This is the first Release Candidate release of the upcoming major version 3.0.

The only breaking change between 1.x and 3.x is the version of LoopBack that's supported by this connector. loopback-connector-remote@1.x supports LoopBack 2.x, loopback-connector-remote@3.x supports LoopBack 3.x

Because the remote connector comes bundled as part of loopback, this distinction should not matter to most (if not all) LoopBack users.
