This website is written using Svelte, a component language that compiles to static HTML as much as possible. Styling is done in SCSS. The site can is built by vite, using SvelteKit. The setup is based on create-svelte
To build the page, you need to install Node JS. See the official download page for Windows and Mac and the official documentation for package managers for Linux distributions.
Then you can install all dependencies by running npm install
from the project folder.
npm run dev
to start a development server onlocalhost:5179
that automatically updates the site as you make changes to the source code.npm run build
to create a production build of the site in thebuild
folder.npm run preview
to start a server onlocalhost:4173
for the production build. The server will not update automatically. You need to runnpm run build
again and re-startnpm run preview
to see changes.npm run check
to check the source files against the coding conventions.npm run list
to check the source files’ formatting.npm run format
to fix the source files’ formatting.
