Refining the experience

Improvements:

• Smaller, cleaner design for command bar using icons
• Larger padding at the bottom of the page to allow more scrolling
• Show slim scroll bar on the sides when relevant
• Add full screen button to command bar
• Smoother zoom using touch pad pinch gesture
• Basic testing on macOS, all looking good

Fixes:

• Open external links from settings screen in new window

Plan for next update: fixed app icon on all platforms

28 Nov: Hotfix for Linux auto update notification

Working auto-updater!

I've tested almost every permutation! Now, I will try install this binary and see if it over-writes the currently installed version I have (v.0.0.2 laballed as 0.0.1 for easy testing)

Good to finish this feature early!
