This PR introduces two new GitHub Actions workflows to automate the Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes for the
shell-whispererrepo.ci.ymlworkflow handles the integration process by running tests and lint checks.cd.ymlworkflow is responsible for deploying the code to the production environment upon successful integration.Please review the proposed workflows and suggest any necessary changes.
