Replace Prettier with Biome

• Which file types does Biome support (compared to Prettier)? → https://biomejs.dev/internals/language-support/
• Improve linting of html super languages
• Formatting no longer happens as part of linting (i.e. ESLint, i.e. npm run lint). Should it be part of npm run lint or a separate command? Should it run in CI? Pre-commit? (biome check --staged, https://biomejs.dev/recipes/git-hooks/#lint-staged)
