Help: AY: Explain three oscillators' behavior wrt 'control' input #296

This PR expands documentation of the AY UGen on the following topics:

  • The behavior of the three tone oscillators and how they interact to produce more complex waves than mere pulses.
  • The deliberate use of DC offset (and a recommendation to use LeakDC on it).
  • Details of the behavior of the control input (which is not intuitive... or, it might be intuitive if one already understands the oscillators' behavior).

Chip emulation works on very different principles from typical full-resolution synthesis. Explaining the principles really makes a big difference.
