Knob RMB type-in box doesn't work with tempo sync values #1347

So we need to either understand the type in or swap to a drop down in this case.

RMB allows a typein

- RMB has a typein which is focused and allows you to type in
  a value on all knobs. Some caveats though
- Doesn't work with temposync, surge-synthesizer#1347
- Bit of an accessible nightmare. Need a switch. surge-synthesizer#1348.
- Defaulting seems generally inconsistent or broken. surge-synthesizer#1349

but the core idea of "lets put the typein on the menu" works.
So this closes surge-synthesizer#1316
