[fix] Run svelte-kit sync before svelte-check in check scripts

Helps with #5779
I argue this is a good addition because you could be making changes to the code base while not running vite dev, so changes are not reflected, and then when you the command it would have out-of-date $types.

I'll leave this for Rich, but it makes sense to me
