Dependabot currently updates react-scripts. It actually not updates it, but downgrades it - it really shouldn't touch react-scripts in any way. This needs to be remedied as no dependabot PRs can be processed anymore. Example of failed PR: #3581

I've also created a bug issue with dependabot-core repo: dependabot/dependabot-core#5977
