In this release adding support few more device information to be accessible with v0.0.4

For Android Platfom :

1. versionName
2. versionCode
3. locale

For iOS Platform :

1. appName
2. bundleId
3. appVersion
4. appShortVersion

Other Changes :

1. Change sample app name
2. Convert DeviceInfoXState from interface to expect class
3. Remove logs when *Impl class instantiates
4. Add helper function to access device information from non composable context
