Sorry, I wasn't expecting all the CI to be down and the entire package & release process is tied into that as well. Let me get those broken Azure Pipelines ported over to GitHub Actions and then can rebase and review this one |

EDIT: I was wrong about the space between "Patch" and the number not being preserved. There was some interference on my end. Fix the comment if you'd like.
