feat(lightning): show sheet for counterparty force-close

Description

• updates react-native-ldk to v0.0.132
• Shows a bottom-sheet in the event our channel counterparty force-closes on us. Right now this only works for force-closes, not coop closes initiated by the counterparty.
• Updates an icon according to design.
