This repo hosts all the notebooks and data needed to build a model of cell invasion automatically using NeKo.
The Notebook folder hosts the code for building, refining and exporting in sif and bnet file the network. The data folder host the Signor database plus the dictionaries for complexes and proteins families. The bnets and sif_file folders host all the bnet and sif files created by NeKo.
