'Add filter' button triggering white space and scroll

Describe the bug
Upon clicking on the filter button inside the Resources Explorer page, the vertical and horizontal scrolls are triggered as a blank space appears at the bottom and right side of the graph.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. I opened the filters drawer.
2. I clicked on the 'Add filter' button.
3. The blank space appeared at the bottom and right side of the page and the scrolls were triggered.

Expected behavior
The layout should remain the same.
