• Added URL encoding and updated URL path

How to Test

1. Build and run the current Develop branch
2. Go to Inventory -> All resources -> Filter -> Cloud service -> is -> IAM Identity Provider
3. Click one of the IAM Identity Provider and click the link beside the IAM Identity Providers name.
